O-Bank Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based financial institution delivering a comprehensive suite of banking and financial services specifically to corporate clients. Its core offerings for businesses encompass various financing solutions, including short- and long-term capital for operations, project financing, and syndicated loans. The bank also facilitates trade through general, export/import, and cross-strait trade finance, along with guarantees, factoring, and forfaiting services. Beyond conventional lending, O-Bank assists businesses with robust factoring solutions covering accounts receivable management, credit facilities, and collection services. It further provides essential cash management tools, such as corporate internet banking and optimized payable and receivable management. Strategic growth is supported by extensive financial advisory services for complex transactions like mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, spin-offs, share swaps, tender offers, management or leveraged buyouts, fundraising, and private placements. To manage global transactions and financial risk, O-Bank provides a suite of foreign exchange and treasury services. These include foreign exchange deposits and guarantees, inward and outward remittances, and import/export services. The bank also offers a range of interest rate products, such as cross-currency swaps, interest rate options, and interest rate swaps, alongside exchange rate products like currency forward contracts, currency options, and currency swaps, in addition to structured products. Established in 1998, O-Bank, headquartered in Taipei City, Taiwan, was rebranded as O-Bank Co., Ltd. in January 2017, having previously operated as Industrial Bank of Taiwan Co., Ltd.
