The company's extensive product portfolio encompasses a wide array of auto body pressings, including foundational structural frameworks like front pillar inners, side sills, roof sides, and floor cross members, alongside safety-critical elements such as front and rear bumpers. They also produce specialized battery and PCU coverings for hybrid vehicles, as well as a range of functional parts, including hood and tailgate hinges, steering hanger beams, hood locks, fuel filler pipes, and handbrake mechanisms. In addition to these, J-MAX manufactures high-precision components like clutch drums and hubs, clutch pistons, planetary carriers, belt pulleys, and holder stators. The company further supplies a variety of specialized dies, from hood outer draw and center pillar inner trim types to front pillar lower stiffener scudding, precision, and thickening dies.
