China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited provides an extensive array of banking and financial services, catering to clients within the People's Republic of China and internationally. Its operations are strategically divided into Corporate Banking, Personal Banking, and Treasury Operations segments. The institution facilitates various financial activities, such as accepting deposits, offering loans to both corporate and individual customers, managing securities agency accounts, processing remittances and settlements, and issuing guarantees. Additionally, it engages in investment banking, provides international financial services, and actively participates in capital markets through inter-bank money market transactions, repurchase agreements, investments, and trading in debt instruments, as well as derivatives and foreign exchange dealings. Beyond these core banking functions, the company extends into asset management, finance leasing, and other non-banking financial provisions. Its clientele is diverse, encompassing corporations, government entities, non-financial institutions, individual consumers, and micro and small enterprises. As of December 31, 2021, the bank maintained a substantial physical presence with 1,415 outlets, which included 37 tier-one branches, 126 tier-two branches, and 1,252 sub-branches.
