The company was formerly known as Kotobuki Seisakusho Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Kitagawa Seiki Co.,Ltd. in September 1960. Kitagawa Seiki Co.,Ltd. was incorporated in 1957 and is headquartered in Fuchu, Japan.
