SECOM's Medical Services are extensive, covering home health support, medication dispensing, personal care, management of hospitals, pharmacies, and senior living facilities, as well as electronic medical record systems, preventative health programs, and the sale of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Insurance Services offer coverage for fire, automobiles, and cancer treatment. The company also specializes in Geospatial Information Services, providing critical data to national and local governments, private enterprises, and international agencies. Its BPO and ICT Services segment delivers data center operations, disaster resilience, business continuity and remote work support, information security, cloud computing, and outsourced business processes. Finally, the company's Real Estate and Other Services segment is highly diversified. It encompasses real estate leasing, construction, installation, and home services; manages buildings and properties; provides electrical engineering, general office support, credit, and clerical services; develops software; sells security and water-treatment equipment; operates PFI correctional facilities, alongside restaurants and shops in medical facilities; offers lifestyle and car maintenance assistance; and manufactures, sells, and maintains freight elevators.
