The company primarily serves self-employed individuals from low and middle-income segments residing in India's semi-urban and rural areas. Its diverse portfolio of loan products encompasses financing for the acquisition of various residential properties, including flats, houses, bungalows, and resale homes. Additionally, Aavas offers funds for land purchases and new home construction, including self-built residences, as well as home improvement loans for renovations such as tiling, flooring, plastering, and painting.
