Ag Growth International Inc. (AGI), through its subsidiaries, is a global manufacturer and distributor of equipment for the handling, storage, and conditioning of grain and rice. The company operates extensively across Canada, the United States, and other international markets. AGI's comprehensive product line encompasses a wide array of solutions for agricultural operations. For storage, it offers various types of bins, including grain, bolted, hopper, smooth wall, and temporary options, alongside unloads, sweeps, and tanks for water and fuel. Conditioning equipment includes advanced mixed-flow dryers, fans, heaters, complete aeration systems (featuring airaugers and specialized floors), vents, exhausters, and stirring mechanisms, as well as related accessories. The company also supplies both portable and permanent material handling solutions. Portable options include augers, conveyors, grain vacs, post pounders, and seed treaters. For more permanent installations, AGI manufactures bucket elevators, diverse chain and belt conveyors (including enclosed models), distributors, feed handling equipment, screw feeders, screw conveyors, and essential spouts and connections. Beyond machinery, AGI provides structural components such as towers, catwalks, ladders, and steel buildings (both traditional and flat storage designs). It is a significant provider of blending and milling technology, producing batch, bulk, declining weight, and vertical blenders, micro-dosing systems, mixers, and a full suite of milling equipment. Additionally, the company delivers sophisticated control and monitoring solutions, including controllers, hazard monitoring systems, general automation equipment, and sampling tools. AGI's extensive offerings further extend to specialized cleaning and destoning units, rice milling and processing machinery, bin unloaders, integrated blending and control systems, and dedicated equipment for blending and conveying both liquid and dry fertilizers. The company also offers complete turnkey design and construction services for new seed and fertilizer facilities, complemented by its farm management software. All of this equipment is precisely engineered for use with agricultural commodities. AGI markets its products under a diverse portfolio of established brand names, including AGI, Airlanco, Batco, Brownie, CMC, Compass, Danmare, Ezee-dry, Frame, Grain Guard, Grainmaxx, Hi Roller, Hutchinson, Improtech, Junge, Keho, Mayrath, Milltec, MMS, Neco, PTM, REM, Sabe, Sentinel, Storm, Suretrack, Tramco, Twister, Westeel, Westfield, Wheatheart, and Yargus.
