Its operational reach extends across the United States, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, and France. The company's primary drug candidate, efgartigimod, is currently in advanced stages of clinical investigation. It is being evaluated in Phase III trials for several indications, including myasthenia gravis, immune thrombocytopenia, pemphigus vulgaris, and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. The firm also engages in collaborations for additional investigational products, such as ARGX-115 for cancer therapy, ARGX-112 which targets the interleukin-22 receptor, and ARGX-114, an antibody engineered to block the MET receptor. argenx SE has forged strategic alliances with AbbVie S.À.R.L., Zai Lab Limited, and LEO Pharma A/S. It also holds numerous collaboration and licensing agreements with partners including Genor Biopharma Co.
