The company organizes its operations into Treasury, Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, and other banking activities. It offers a diverse range of deposit products, such as savings, current, salary, senior citizen, NRI, fixed, recurring, and specialized COVID shield accounts, alongside providing debit and credit cards and locker facilities. Its lending portfolio is extensive, encompassing financing for cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, personal needs, tractors, homes, gold, construction equipment, businesses, agriculture, and working capital. Beyond core banking, the bank provides various insurance products including life, health, general, and motor coverage, as well as investment opportunities like mutual funds and the National Pension System. For businesses, it offers overdrafts, cash credit, bank guarantees, and letters of credit. Digital services include internet and mobile banking, collection and receivables management, and various payment processing and merchant services. The bank also extends its expertise to government banking, serving central and state governments, public sector undertakings, various boards, defence organizations, urban local bodies, and other government departments.
