Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) is a prominent Singapore-listed real estate investment trust, boasting a substantial portfolio of approximately 100 industrial and commercial properties valued at around S$6.2 billion. Its holdings are strategically diversified across five major developed economies: Australia, Germany, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Initially launched on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on June 20, 2016, under the name Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust, the entity underwent a rebranding and merger. Following its integration with Frasers Commercial Trust, it adopted its current name, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust, on April 29, 2020. FLCT's investment objective is to acquire and manage a diversified global array of income-generating real estate. This includes logistics or industrial assets worldwide, alongside commercial properties (primarily central business district offices) and business park facilities (encompassing non-CBD offices and/or research and development spaces) situated within the Asia-Pacific region or Europe (including the UK). Frasers Property Limited serves as the trust's sponsor.
