Finally, IC-CCM delivers technology-powered services for the creation and submission of regulatory and investor communications. This includes specialized XBRL filings, as mandated by the Investment Act, which are channeled through the SEC EDGAR system. Additionally, this segment offers comprehensive, end-to-end proxy services, covering everything from initial discovery and strategic planning to implementation, print and mail management, solicitation, tabulation, shareholder meeting analysis, and expert advisory support.
