It also handles non-hazardous commodities like crude tall oil, No. 2 and No. 6 oils, asphalt additives, micro-c, and vacuum gas oil. These delivery operations are concentrated in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
