About Investore Property Limited
Investore Property Limited, founded in October 2015, is a commercial property enterprise focused on acquiring and managing high-quality Large Format Retail (LFR) assets. The company's formation coincided with the purchase of 19 Countdown supermarket sites from Antipodean Supermarkets Limited and Antipodean Properties Limited. Between late April and early June 2016, Investore further expanded its portfolio by acquiring six properties from Stride Property Limited and Stride Holdings Limited. These transactions involved cash payments based on the independent valuations of the properties as of March 31, 2016. In June 2016, Investore entered into an agreement, termed the SCA Acquisition, to purchase an additional 14 Countdown supermarkets from Shopping Centres Australasia Property Group Trustee NZ Limited. Six of these properties reached settlement on July 12, 2016, with the remaining eight expected to be finalized in September 2016. Investore's fundamental investment strategy prioritizes Large Format Retail properties. This classification refers to single-story or low-rise commercial sites containing retail shops, outlets, and parking facilities, where typically more than half of both the property's area and its rental revenue originate from a single dominant tenant or a restricted number of major tenants operating under net lease arrangements. Investore is confident that LFR assets offer distinct attributes that contribute to a stable and reliable income for its shareholders.
