The company's operations are divided into three core segments. The Commercial and Specialty Vehicles division offers a diverse product range: IVECO handles light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles for goods transport and distribution; IVECO BUS and HEULIEZ BUS provide urban and intercity transit solutions; IVECO ASTRA supplies equipment for quarrying and mining; Magirus delivers firefighting apparatus; and Iveco Defence Vehicles produces vehicles for civil defense and military missions. Its Powertrain division, known as FPT Industrial, specializes in the engineering, manufacturing, and distribution of propulsion systems. This includes internal combustion engines, cutting-edge alternative propulsion technologies, transmission systems, and axles, which are integrated into on-road and off-road vehicles, marine vessels, and power generation units. Additionally, Iveco Group offers comprehensive Financial Services to its dealer network and customers. These services facilitate vehicle acquisition through wholesale and retail financing options for new and pre-owned vehicles sold by its authorized dealers and distributors. Iveco Group N.V. was established in 2021 and is based in Turin, Italy.
