The bank provides a diverse selection of deposit products, including various savings accounts (such as specialized Christmas Club accounts and standard statement savings), money market accounts, both interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing checking accounts (like demand deposits), health savings accounts, retirement savings vehicles, fixed-term certificates of deposit, and interest on lawyer accounts. These offerings cater to individual clients, as well as small to medium-sized businesses, providing them with commercial savings, checking, and money market solutions. Its lending portfolio is equally broad, featuring commercial real estate loans, financing for commercial construction projects, and home equity loans and lines of credit. Business clients can also access various commercial loans, including installment loans, lines of credit, and other tailored commercial financing. Furthermore, the bank originates one-to-four-family residential mortgages and offers consumer credit products such as personal loans, overdraft protection lines, vehicle financing, secured and unsecured property improvement loans, and loans backed by certificates of deposit. As of February 11, 2022, Lake Shore Savings Bank operated eleven full-service branches across Western New York, with five locations situated in Chautauqua County and the remaining six in Erie County.
