Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. is an international engineering and construction group, delivering specialized services both within Italy and globally. Its operations are structured across two core segments: Hydrocarbons and Green Energy. The Hydrocarbons division focuses on designing and building large-scale industrial facilities. It promotes mechanical plastics recycling and the use of recycled chemicals, alongside developing renewable-based additives and substitutes for oil in fuel and plastics production. Additionally, this division delivers maintenance and facility management services, provides general support for temporary construction sites, and undertakes infrastructure design and execution. A significant part of its mandate includes engineering and constructing renewable energy plants, predominantly solar and wind power installations.
