The bank offers diverse deposit accounts, including savings, checking, and time deposits, along with certificates of deposit. Its extensive lending portfolio encompasses overdrafts, fixed loans, trade finance (import/export), syndicated and investment loans, mortgages, vehicle and personal financing, acceptance facilities, channeling, and small business credit. Complementing these are investment and bancassurance offerings, safe deposit box rentals, payroll management, and various payment services. The institution also provides digital banking solutions and handles interbank transfers (lalu lintas giral), real-time gross settlements, clearing, and foreign exchange transactions.
