By December 30, 2021, it either wholly owned or held a majority interest in 8 hotels and resorts, while also managing 11 additional properties for external clients. Furthermore, the company extends its expertise to provide hospitality management services, including front desk operations, housekeeping, and property upkeep, specifically for a vacation ownership development. Established in 1935, the corporation maintains its headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
