Octava Minerals Limited, an Australian company founded in 2020 and based in Subiaco, is actively engaged in the search for various mineral deposits throughout Western Australia. Formerly known as 8 AU Limited until its name change in February 2022, the company's primary exploration efforts are directed towards gold, lithium, nickel, and platinum group elements. Its significant assets include the East Pilbara Talga Project, which encompasses eight granted exploration licenses covering 211 square kilometers, located northeast of Marble Bar in the Pilbara region. Octava also maintains interests in the East Kimberly Project, consisting of the Panton North and Copernicus North tenements within the Halls Creek Orogen, as well as the Yallalong Project, which comprises one granted exploration license spanning approximately 63.4 square kilometers northeast of Geraldton.
