As of December 31, 2021, RBI LP's global footprint included 5,291 Tim Hortons locations, 19,247 Burger King restaurants, 3,705 Popeyes outlets, and 1,213 Firehouse Subs establishments. Functioning as a subsidiary, Restaurant Brands International Limited Partnership has Restaurant Brands International Inc. serving as its general partner. The company, which traces its origins back to 1954, was initially named New Red Canada Limited Partnership before adopting its current designation in December 2014.
