The company was formerly known as TBSP Public Company Limited and changed its name to Plus Tech Innovation Public Company Limited. The company was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Samut Prakan, Thailand. As of September 20, 2021, Plus Tech Innovation Public Company Limited operates as a subsidiary of Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited.
