Its operations are divided into three core areas: Commercial Banking, Securities, and Asset Management. Under its Commercial Banking division, TISCO offers diverse deposit options, including current, savings, and fixed deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, and supports these with card and bill payment services. The company also extends a variety of loan products, such as personal loans for homes, new and used cars, and those secured by inherited pensions. For businesses, it provides project, short-term, and long-term financing, alongside guarantee instruments. The Securities segment facilitates investment activities, offering stock and derivative brokerage, and a selection of investment vehicles like mutual, private, provident, super savings, and retirement mutual funds. This division also encompasses a broad suite of insurance products, covering life, health, critical illness, personal accident, automotive, and home protection. TISCO's Investment Banking services include comprehensive financial advisory, underwriting for mergers and acquisitions, guidance on privatization, project financing, debt restructuring, feasibility studies, project valuation, and general advisory. Moreover, it offers specialized private banking, wealth management, and asset management services. Further expanding its service portfolio, TISCO provides mobile banking, custodian services, the sale of repossessed assets, car auctions, hire purchase agreements, and lending tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises. As of December 31, 2021, the company operated an extensive network of 356 branches, primarily under the Somwang brand.
