Its Testing Services division offers a broad spectrum of quality assurance and reliability assessments. These include rigorous evaluations such as stabilization baking, thermal shock, temperature cycling, mechanical stress, constant acceleration, precision leak detection (both gross and fine), electrical performance checks, static and dynamic burn-in, and vibration analysis. The segment also provides dedicated reliability lab services and specialized contract cleaning for microprocessor equipment. A key offering is qualification testing, which involves analyzing small samples from manufacturers to validate the integrity of their production processes and devices. The Manufacturing segment develops and produces specialized equipment. For front-end semiconductor processing, this includes high-precision artic temperature-controlled wafer chucks, vital for testing, characterizing, and analyzing failures in semiconductor wafers and other components. It also manufactures wet process stations, used for the cleaning, rinsing, and drying of semiconductor wafers, flat panel display magnetic disks, and other microelectronic substrates. For back-end applications, offerings span autoclaves, highly accelerated stress test systems, burn-in equipment and associated boards, component centrifuges, and leak detection apparatus. Through its Distribution arm, the company provides a selection of complementary semiconductor products and essential components. This encompasses environmental control chambers, device handlers, interface systems, vibration and shaker systems, solderability testers, and other specialized semiconductor machinery. Furthermore, it distributes components such as connectors, sockets, LCD display panels, and touch-screen panels. A distinct Real Estate segment is involved in property investment and rental activities. Trio-Tech's customer base primarily consists of semiconductor chip producers and testing facilities that procure testing equipment. The company maintains a global presence with operations in the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China. Trio-Tech International, founded in 1958, is headquartered in Van Nuys, California.
