Additionally, it offers specialized engineering services for aviation infrastructure. The Non-Aviation Activities encompass various revenue-generating services like retail sales, food and beverage catering, vehicle parking, car rental solutions, advertising space, air ticket sales, premium VIP lounge access, and cargo agency operations. Beyond airport management, Toscana Aeroporti also engages in commercial ventures and real estate development. Its construction capabilities extend to building airports, roads, and railways, undertaking river and maritime projects, and developing solutions for noise reduction. Furthermore, it produces prefabricated concrete components specifically designed for road, airport, and rail infrastructure. Established in 1978 and headquartered in Florence, Italy, the company was previously known as Società Aeroporto Toscano (S.A.T.)
