UOB also handles foreign exchange (forex) transactions, documentary collections, various credit facilities, bank guarantees, and export/import finance. Its trade services extend to advising and negotiating/discounting letters of credit, managing inward and outward bill collections, and facilitating documents against acceptance and payment.
