Vistance Networks serves a diverse clientele, including telecommunications carriers, data center administrators, cable television operators, and multi-system operators. The company distributes its products and services via a multifaceted channel strategy, engaging independent distributors, specialized resellers, wireless and wireline operators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and system integrators, alongside direct sales to customers. Originally established in 1976 and headquartered in Richardson, Texas, the company operated as CommScope Holding Company, Inc. until it rebranded to Vistance Networks, Inc. in January 2026.
